Facilitation of the 2010 Department of Justice Executive Officer conference

The Department of Justice engaged Nous to facilitate the 2010 Executive Officer Conference. The two day conference provided the executive with an opportunity to expand their horizons through a series of innovative and engaging guest speakers. On the final day Nous assisted the group identify its focus for 2011 and distilled a series of priority actions that will strengthen the Departments' performance in the coming year.
