Government workplace climate program promotes positive culture

Nous is currently working with a large complex Commonwealth agency to deliver a workplace climate program. The program identifies and works to create a culture that improves employee satisfaction, reduces absenteeism and workers' compensation claims and costs, and creates a culture of engagement that improves productivity. This program is highly practical. It drills down to – and addresses – behaviours negatively impacting organisational climate. The program empowers each employee to contribute to the construction of an exceptional organisational climate.
