Implementation plan for central agency IMT strategy

One of the central agencies of an Australian state government engaged Nous to assist with their IMT strategy. While the strategy was sound, significant sensitivities in terms of information security and whole-of-government IMT policies were impeding the strategy's implementation.

Our expertise in IMT, stakeholder negotiations and the business needs of the department enabled us to deliver the required results. We produced an information security issues paper, an approach to inform security and a high-level implementation plan that brought all stakeholders to a common starting point for negotiations.

This enabled the department to gain the required 'buy-in' to proceed with the overall IMT strategy.
