Improved understanding builds better client relationships
The Migration Review Tribunal - Refugee Review Tribunal (MRT-RRT) engaged Nous to design and deliver a one day workshop for all of the tribunals' 140 staff. The workshop followed two focus groups and improved staff's ability to build client satisfaction. It developed themes around building a client centric culture, managing interactions with clients in a problem solving and action orientated manner and skills for managing emotionally sensitive conversations with clients.
