Leadership capabilities and attitudes transformed in major government department

The Attorney General's Department engaged Nous to design, deliver and evaluate the Senior Executive Leadership Forum (SELF).

The program was a key initiative of the new Secretary's change agenda. To achieve the required leadership and attitude transformation, all 100 SES completed the program. Program components included an information evening, fusion room, LSI diagnostic, three day residential and results day. The program enabled the participants to gain a greater understanding of their leadership qualities and capabilities and gave them time to learn from one another. Participants worked through real organisational challenges and built on their collective strengths as leaders.

The Secretary publicly endorsed the program and the outcomes achieved by his SES as a result.
