Leadership hothouse with an SA Government department
Nous worked with the Department of Trade and Economic Development (DTED) on their large-scale culture change project. As part of this culture change effort, one of the six change initiatives identified was a leadership hothouse; a two-day retreat for all leaders in DTED who manage staff. The hothouse was designed to gain an understanding of the strengths of the leadership group, build skills in holding coaching conversations, build trust and respect within the leadership cohort and achieve clarity on the individual and group leadership commitments going forward. The facilitation of the two days was said to be 'exceptional', and Nous' facilitators, as well as the overall workshop, received average scores of over 4.6/5 in participant evaluations.
