Leadership position adopted on childcare assessment
Nous was engaged by a financial services client to assess the value of the company taking a leadership position on childcare, specifically the tax treatment of it, as a means of advancing female workforce participation.
Nous developed a concise briefing pack in a very short period of time that was based on an extensive literature review of academic research, government inquiry reports, and political party policies on childcare accessibility and female workforce participation.
Nous presented the results of the research to the CEO and other senior executives within the company, which resulted in the company shifting the direction of its public strategy on gender-related issues.
