Organisation direction set and effected

Nous assisted the Secretary and Executive of the Department of Transport and Regional Services to set objectives for the organisation and align strategy, organisation structure, operations, service delivery models, resourcing and performance measures to deliver the department's objectives. We designed and facilitated divisional workshops to cascade the objectives, plans and performance measures to divisions and business units.
