Organisational review aligns resources with functional requirements

Nous was engaged to conduct an organisation review of the key division of a major regulator in the utilities and environment sector. The purpose of the review was to better align internal resources with key functional requirements in the Planning and Procurement (P&P) Division. Nous conducted a series of workshops, focus groups and interviews as part of the review process, with the project also evaluating the effectiveness of a previous organisation review. The final report recommended changes to the structure of P&P, as well as detailing job descriptions for newly created roles. A high-level roadmap, which guided the implementation efforts of the regulator, was also included as part of the review.
