Organisational review delivers new structure and enthusiasm for change
The Department of Primary Industries and Resources (PIRSA) engaged Nous to undertake an organisational review.
This review incorporated core business, structure, capability, resource allocation and culture and was in response to PIRSA's intent to remain a leading agency in South Australia following a period of significant budget cuts. Nous engaged in an extensive analysis process that involved staff surveys, stakeholder interviews, activity-output analysis, culture workshops and capability mapping. Nous' process was highly collaborative and involved working with a dedicated project team and conducting a series of workshops with all executive members.
The review resulted in a new organisational structure and a broad suite of recommendations which were all accepted by the project steering committee. At the end of the project significant momentum and enthusiasm for change had been established across the organisation.
