Planning for enduring influence

Nous was engaged by Crisis Support Services, a leading provider of professional online and telephone counselling services, to develop its strategic plan.

The plan stipulates the strategies and actions that will rebuild CSS' capability and consolidate its core business, laying the foundations for enduring influence. Nous worked closely with the senior management and board to identify key challenges and opportunities for the organisation. We conducted a comprehensive analysis of CSS' market position, potential contractors, service offering, pricing strategy, internal systems and processes and information and communication technology (ICT) systems. Informed by this analysis, the strategic plan provides the direction and impetus for future success.

The plan was enthusiastically accepted by the board and the senior management.
