Relationship building for senior leadership team

Nous was engaged to design and deliver a team development program for the senior leadership team of a Sydney-based not-for-profit organisation.  There had been a breakdown in communication and trust amongst the team which was negatively impacting their ability to work together.

Nous ran two workshops to rebuild trust amongst the team and develop skills in effectively working together. Between the workshops, Nous facilitated two teleconferences for participants to report back on successes and challenges at implementing program learnings.

As a result of the program, the leadership team reported increased trust and communication and an ability to effectively work together directly related to the skills they learned during the program.
