Review identifies $15m in savings for financial services organisation
Nous worked with a large diversified financial services organisation to review its operating model, including organisational design and business processes. The objective of the project was to improve customer service, increase job satisfaction, decrease operating expenses and identify opportunities to innovate and build capabilities. The program included a detailed diagnostic review of each of the revenue and support functions including business processes, operating model and capability (human and financial). The program was managed through a working party with senior representatives from across the business. The project identified over $15m of improvements which were implemented.
