Review of IT service functions

A Victorian energy company engaged Nous to undertake a high level diagnostic analysis of its internal IT service functions against medium-term business challenges.

Nous assessed senior IT management roles against good practice principles and identified changes required to preserve performance and management risks. We recommended a set of specific incremental changes to move to an accountability for service model with much stronger governance of IT activity.  We presented its findings and recommendations to the CEO and worked closely with senior stakeholders to facilitate a shared understanding of the risks associated with the status quo.
