State-wide system improvement rollout
Nous undertook a "snapshot" formative evaluation and review of the rollout of a new electronic client relationships information system (CRIS). The approach was to test a number of hypothesis related to issues of system design, practice standards and management arrangements. In addition, staff were observed using the system, and qualitative interviews were held with staff and management. The project outcome included the identification of number of opportunities for improvement in a state-wide system rollout and further specific analysis and process mapping designed to enhance work practices.
