Strategic and business planning for a large corporate superannuation fund

Nous was engaged to assist the CEO of this superannuation fund to develop their five year strategic plan and eighteen month business plan. This included engaging with the executive team and facilitating workshops to develop their overall vision, strategic and operational initiatives, and KPIs to measure and monitor performance.
