Strategic workshops support implementation of Richmond Review

The Child Support Program engaged Nous to assist 5 of their branches and their Executive team to translate the high level recommendations of the Richmond Review into practical implementation plans. The Executive engaged Nous because they were concerned that there would be duplication by some areas, and that other recommendations would be overlooked. Nous engaged in a highly consultative planning process and helped staff produce business plans that were pragmatic and realistic in implementation. Feedback was overwhelmingly positive with further work resulting from these successful workshops.
