University IT services transformed to meet future growth challenges

Nous was engaged by the IT services provider of a large University to review its current capability and provide guidance as to how it could positively respond to major future growth challenges and a rapidly changing environment.

Nous worked closely with the CIO and senior management team to assess a range of organisational factors including reporting and cost structures, roles and responsibilities, capabilities, culture, customer service ethos and utilisation of external opportunities. A new flexible organisational structure focused on service delivery accountability and accelerated alignment with the ITIL V3 best practice IT service delivery framework were recommended as necessary foundations for success in meeting the University's future challenges.

These actions are now being implemented.
